Encrypted in transit
Every connection to BooknGo is secured with HTTPS/TLS, so booking and customer data is protected end to end as it travels between your browser and our servers.
Role-based access control
Access to customer data is restricted by staff role on a least-privilege basis, so each person only sees the information they need to do their job.
PDPA-aligned by design
Consent is captured at the point of booking and personal data is collected only for stated purposes — built around Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
Continuously maintained
We apply regular software updates and vulnerability checks to keep the platform patched and hardened against emerging threats.
Secure payments
Card payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers such as Stripe. Sensitive card details are processed by the payment provider — not stored by BooknGo.
Vetted sub-processors
We rely on trusted infrastructure, analytics, and payment partners, each contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their service.
Compliance you can stand behind
BooknGo is a Singapore-based booking platform. We collect only the data needed to run your bookings, keep it for as long as it’s needed, and honour access, correction, and deletion requests under the PDPA.
